Resilience is often portrayed as ‘pushing through no matter what’ or being known as the person who can handle a lot 👀

but what people sometimes call strength is actually shutting down feelings, burying pain, or ignoring vulnerability.

That’s suppression, not true resilience.

True resilience is about feeling emotions fully, processing them, and still being able to adapt and move forward - not pretending they don’t exist.

It’s your nervous system finally catching a breath and your body having the space to actually process.

If you’ve been:
• overthinking everything
• snapping / shutting down over small things

Your body has been speaking to you.. have you been listening? 👂 👀

It usually starts as whispers… until it has to shout:

❌ Tight shoulders, tense neck, clenched jaw
❌ Racing thoughts
❌ Shallow restricted breaths
❌ Emotional outbursts over seemingly ‘small things’
❌ Fatigue that sleep can’t fix

Yep.. these are all signs your nervous system is waving a big red flag.. 🚩

Let’s flip this on its head and say you do the nervous system work to recalibrate, open your body back up & allow it the space to release all it’s been HOLDING..

You’ll start to notice you:
