Trying to get in shape… but don’t know where to start?

Here’s the truth:

You don’t need to suffer.

You need to be consistent.

Start simple:

• Zone 2 cardio
• Basic strength (push, pull, hinge)
• Regular mobility

Low intensity.
High consistency.
Huge return.

Health isn’t built through punishment.

It’s built through repeatable actions.

Keep it simple.
Stick to it.

Growth requires discomfort.

But the moment something feels hard—

the mind starts:

“This is too much.”
“I can’t do this.”

Here’s the truth:

The suffering isn’t the thing itself.

It’s the thoughts about it.

Step into an ice bath and watch:

The body is capable.
The mind resists.

The ego complains.
Seeks comfort.
Creates excuses.

But cold is just a sensation.

Discomfort is just a sensation.

The practice is this:

Observe the thought—
without following it.

Over time:

• your nervous system calms
• your resilience builds

The physical benefits are a bonus.

The real benefit is this:

You learn you can handle more than you think.

The biggest obstacle isn’t the world.

It’s your own mind.

The ego seeks comfort.
It avoids effort.
It resists change.

And then there’s the doubting voice:

“I can’t do that.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“This isn’t for me.”

It feels like you.

But it isn’t.

You didn’t author those thoughts.

They just appear.

The shift is recognising them.

Seeing them clearly…
without obeying them.

Because once you stop believing every thought—

you can move forward anyway.

Most people think hydration is just water.

But real hydration is:

fluids + electrolytes

Orange juice gives you:

• fluids
• potassium
• natural sugars (which help absorption)

Which means it can support hydration
— not just fill your stomach.

This isn’t about replacing water.

It’s about understanding hydration properly.

Because when hydration is right:

energy improves
performance improves
recovery improves

Feeling stressed?

Disconnected… even around people?

Always “on”…
like your body won’t switch off?

That’s your stress response.

Elevated cortisol.

Constant fight-or-flight.

The solution isn’t more distraction.

It’s connection.

Try this:

• Give someone a proper hug
• Spend time with friends or family
• Put your phone away and be fully present

Even something as simple as petting a dog helps.

These moments increase oxytocin—
the hormone linked to calm, trust, and connection.

Sometimes the reset isn’t doing more.

It’s reconnecting.

If you want to change your life…

you have to stop believing the voice that says:

“I can’t.”

That voice creates hesitation.
Doubt.
Avoidance.

And the moment you believe it—

you stop.

The change never even gets a chance.

But when you recognise it…

something shifts.

You see it for what it is:

a thought.

Not truth.

And in that moment—

you create space.

Space to act.
Space to choose.
Space to move forward.

You are not your thoughts.

And once you see that…

change becomes possible.

If you want a six pack…

it’s not built in the gym—
it’s built in the kitchen.

If you’re training hard
but not seeing results—

your nutrition isn’t consistent.

Most people go extreme:

cut everything
eat “perfect”
start again Monday

It works… briefly.

Then it collapses.

Try this instead:

Keep it simple.

👉 Is this actually food?

One ingredient:
meat, eggs, fruit, vegetables—
you’re on the right track.

Start small:

Make your first meal high in protein.
Do it for a week.
Then build.

Because the goal isn’t a six pack.

The goal is health.

The six pack is just the byproduct.

And if your approach isn’t sustainable—

it’s not the right system.

Are you training to look better today…
or to still function in 30 years?

Most people train short term:

burn calories
chase soreness
push harder every session

But that doesn’t last.

It breaks the body down faster than it builds it.

And eventually…
you stop.

Not because you’re lazy—

because the system isn’t sustainable.

Shift your focus:

Train for longevity.

• Strength 2–3x/week
• Zone 2 for your heart
• VO₂ max intervals
• Mobility
• Sleep + nutrition

Nothing extreme.
Just repeatable.

Because the easiest path long-term…
is the one you can sustain.

but still don’t do it consistently—

this is why:

You’re deciding too often.

“What should I do today?”
“When should I train?”
“Do I feel like it?”

That’s where you lose.

Because the ego negotiates.

Fix it:

Remove the decision.

Create an accountability list:

• Strength training
• Zone 2
• Hydration
• Mobility
• Journaling

No thinking.
Just ex*****on.

And track it.

Because what gets tracked… gets repeated.

You’re not inconsistent—
you’re undecided.

Build the system.
Follow the list.

Screens.
Traffic.
Notifications.
Constant stimulation.

Your nervous system never switches off.

Try this:

Go outside.

No phone.
No music.
No distractions.

Just walk.
Breathe.
Slow down.

20 minutes.

Let your mind settle.
Let your system reset.

Simple — but powerful.

Stress.

These aren’t automatic.

They come from acting on thoughts
without awareness.

The skill is noticing the gap:

between the thought…
and the action.

That’s where sovereignty lives.

Not relaxation.
