Patches Integrated Health is bringing Virtual Reality Therapy to students aged 10–16 at our Subiaco clinic. It's hands-on, full-body, and genuinely fun — the kind of session where focus, coordination and confidence build without it ever feeling like "work."

Featuring games like Beat Saber and First Encounters on the Meta Quest 3, every 20-minute session is designed to support focus, coordination, engagement and physical activity in a calm, supported space.

The program includes slow, guided stretches, gentle strengthening exercises, breathwork, and light mobility movements to help reduce stiffness, improve circulation, enhance balance, and support falls prevention.

Delivered by Patches' Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists, you'll leave feeling looser, lighter, and more connected to your body in a supportive and welcoming environment 🧘‍♀️
