Here are 3 simple ways to reset your focus during the day:

1. Pause your breathing (2 minutes)
Close your eyes, slow your breath, and let your body reset.

2. Add small movement
Stretch your shoulders, stand up, refill your water - even small movement helps.

3. Shift your view
Look away from your screen 30 seconds and let your eyes and mind refresh.

Small resets can make a big difference to how we feel and perform at work.
