☕️ Most people think coffee is the problem.
But it’s rarely the coffee itself…

It’s:
→ the quality
→ how it’s processed
→ how it’s stored
→ how your body responds to it

Because coffee isn’t just caffeine.

It can contain:
• mycotoxins (from storage)
• oxidised, stale beans
• high acidity
• inconsistent sourcing

And for some people, that shows up as:

🌬️ Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy — it’s not just about oxygen.

Healing doesn’t start with treatments.
It starts with giving your body what it actually needs to function.

Not just the air we breathe—
but the oxygen that actually reaches your cells and helps your body repair and make energy.

👉 Why is the body struggling in the first place?

Most chronic disease doesn’t begin with a drug deficiency.

🧩 But the truth is — they’re one piece of the puzzle.

🤒 They can burden the body.
They can influence inflammation, immunity and nutrient absorption.

‼️ But they’re not the whole story.

🪱 If you’re suspecting parasites, testing can be helpful — And in some cases, symptoms may point strongly enough to begin a structured approach.

🪱 In an ideal world — you test first.

But it’s important to understand:
not all tests are created equal.

🧑‍⚕️ Yes — standard GP stool tests do check for parasites.
But they typically look for a limited number of common organisms and are designed to detect acute infections.

🔬More comprehensive functional labs assess a broader range of microbes and use more sensitive methods — giving insight into the wider gut ecosystem, not just obvious infection.

‼️ Some labs even use multi-day stool sampling (e.g. 3-day collections) to reduce the chance of missing organisms that aren’t shed consistently.

This is why many people with ongoing symptoms are told everything is “normal”…
and yet nothing feels resolved.

⚠️ Signs that may point toward parasites:

• persistent bloating
• fatigue
• irregular bowels
• skin issues
• stomach pain
• nutrient deficiencies/ poor absorption of nutrients
• teeth grinding during sleep
• itchy a**s

(Patterns matter more than one symptom.)

🌿 If you don’t test:

Some people choose to go straight into a protocol.

Just understand:
one ingredient isn’t a protocol.
