This week is national Pain week.

‘Let them know how strong you are’ and ‘painchanger’ is this year’s theme.

Raising awareness and support for those people dealing with chronic pain aims to break down the stigma of talking about it and seeking help for chronic pain.

Creating a community which fosters empathy and supports people living with chronic pain is something we can all do.
