In Good Hands Chiropractic is excited to announce that we are moving to Shop 26, 301-313 Stanmore Road Petersham 2049 on the 12/12/22. As a small business owner in newtown for almost 10years, there's definitely been lots of highs and lows, but I'm so proud to say that we are finally achieving our dream of opening our own place.

There's something therapeutic about gardening. watching your plants and tress grow, producing veggies and fruit and seeing the beautiful colours each one uniquely displays, I often find myself talking and singing to my garden , before you think I'm crazy try it and it will change your life. I also found that once your grow your own food you have a much greater appreciation for the effort that someone has go through to put food on our tables. And remember you are what you eat
