Pine Rivers Yoga For beginners, provides the perfect opportunity to learn and practice poses gradually, enhancing flexibility and strength and learning the finer art of breathing.
The breath is a cornerstone of yoga, and is a vital part of our practice contributing to optimal emotional and mental health. Here we will learn how the breath plays a part in everyday living and how to maximise the benefits to facilitate relaxation, reduce tension, and alleviate stress.
