Good Afternoon Canberra,
Following the recent client demand for health and well-being programs, Capital Health Centre Of Traditional Chinese Medicine and their working partner Bring Health would like to introduce, TaiChi, Qigong/Daoyin Meditation.
Taichi, Qigong/Daoyin are based highly on Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophies that have been around for thousands of years, promoting quality of life and individual constitution. These classes encourage a great integration with Eastern and Western cultures and additionally are a great way for you to energise your body and improve overall health, well-being and mobility. It is also a great way to improve stability and range of motion and address any personal health concerns, so you may receive better support.
Teaching the classes will be Taichi Practitioner, Dr Haisong Wang. He is a great and experienced Taichi instructor here to help you. His current class is great for beginners, or for people who may want to expand their interest in Taichi and Qigong.
Classes run every Wednesday from 12:30 pm for an hour and finish with a group debrief at 1:30 pm. If you or your family and friends are interested and want to know more, please contact us first via our website or give us a call.
