I’m Rhi a registered nurse, founder of By the Bay Cosmetics, and a woman who's learned that strength often grows in silence, behind the scenes, when no one’s watching.
This brand was built with love: between caring for my baby, between life’s curveballs, with a vision that refused to let go. It’s proof that no matter where you start or what you carry, you can build something meaningful. Something yours.
But I haven’t done it alone. By the Bay is rooted in community, in the belief that when women support women, we rise higher. Every message, every kind word, every customer who chooses to shop small and local, you’re a part of this story. Together, we are creating something more than another cosmetic clinic, we’re building a space where strength, softness, and self-worth all belong.
And at the heart of it all is my daughter.
Everything I do is to show her what’s possible, that women can be strong, gentle, brave, and bold. That we can create, lead, and love fiercely, all at once. She is my why, and this business is my way of showing her that women can rise and thrive, no matter what life throws their way.
