Though classes have made Pilates more accessible to the masses, the method was never intended to be portioned out and separated into just Mat or just Reformer; The method is systematic, grounded in principles of breath, control, concentration etc., working at its best when taking full advantage of all apparatus.

We're looking for a Reformer Pilates teacher who is ready to take on a role that cares not only for our members but wants to grow a team & foster relationships.

You will have a love of people & a desire to solve problems with your health & wellness knowledge.

You are organized & thrive with a task list.

You love a sale because it means you are able to help one more person find their ultimate wellness routine.

Part Time - 20hrs per week (inclusive of teaching)
Potential for growth in the future.

Desirable experience

➡️ Minimum Cert 3 Fitness

➡️ Reformer Pilates experience (or studying)

➡️ Sales experience

➡️ Social media presence in the wellness space

➡️ Experience with rostering & team leading

One of our founding members Katrina talks about her Pilates journey.

Embracing new experiences empowers us to discover our untapped potential. By stepping out of my comfort zone, I discovered my passion for Pilates.

Although I had never tried Pilates before and was plagued by self-doubt, I persevered and was richly rewarded.

Confronting my fears and doubts led me to find something I truly love. I encourage you to take the leap and step out of your comfort zone; you may uncover a hidden passion.

More often than not, taking risks is less daunting than we imagine.

If you're eager to try Pilates, I highly recommend Wellness Bar, where the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the classes cater to all skill levels.
