Meet your Instructor Linda
I’ve been moving since I was three, and dance has shaped my whole life—from running a dance school in Kingaroy to teaching everywhere from Hervey Bay to Fiji and Wagga Wagga. I’ve explored Aerobics, Yoga, Zumba, Aikido, Chi-Ball, Myo-fascial Pilates and now Reformer Pilates. (Fun fact: I was Fiji’s Veteran Aerobics Champion in 1999!)
In class, I love layering flows to really strengthen the abdominals—because strong abs support everything: your spine, digestion, posture, and confidence. I’m also passionate about the mind–body connection and helping people take charge of their thoughts as they move.
Even after a lifetime of dance, the Reformer has given me a new level of sustainable strength and stability, and I love seeing our members experience the same transformation.
With more than 60 years of movement and life behind me, I hope to help break the stigma around aging. Strengthen your body, steady your mind—come move and flow with me.
