✨ Meet Meg! ✨

Meg is one of our medication packers here at WholeLife Pharmacy. She coordinates medication changes, sets up new Webster patients, organises medications for packing, and assists with administration – keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes!

Fun fact: During her time as a student midwife, Meg was fortunate enough to be hands-on with multiple births, helping incredible women bring their babies into the world 🤍

When she’s not at work, Meg’s newest hobby is horse riding, but she also loves teaching aerial hammock classes, hitting the gym, Pilates and a game of tennis!

Her favourite WholeLife product? 🍞 The Bakers Room spelt sourdough bread – absolutely delicious! 😋

✨️Meet Shae, our amazing Pharmacy Assistant and CPAP Consultant!✨️

Shae is currently studying her Bachelor in Primary Education, balancing work and study like a superstar. She’s also a proud mum to two beautiful French Bulldogs who keep her busy and entertained!
When she’s not helping customers or hitting the books, you’ll find her soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the beach in her spare time 🔆

FAJITA SHEET PAN CRUNCH WRAP 🤩🙌 Curb your cravings with this one 👇

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 burrito size wraps
- 1kg chicken mince
- 1 sachet Mingle Fajita Recipe Base
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 large handfuls baby spinach
- 250ml sour cream

Method:
1. Assemble 7 wraps around the edges of a large baking tray, and another in the middle.
2. Cook chicken mince over medium heat until browned, then mix in the fajita recipe base.
3. Evenly spread the chicken in the centre of the wraps. Top with a layer of spinach, tomatoes and dollops of sour cream.
4. Spread a thin layer of sour cream over the 8th wrap and place it sour cream side down in the middle. Fold over the other wraps to cover the filling.
5. Use another baking dish to keep the wraps in place and cook at 200°C for 20 minutes. Remove the top baking dish and cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven & serve.
