Your Feet Tell Your Story

Did you know your feet can reveal fascinating insights about your body and emotional patterns? Your feet can reveal past traumas and how they are manifesting in your body and nervous system.

In reflexology and foot reading, things like:

• Toe shapes
• Skin tone
• Temperature differences
• Lines, bumps or tenderness
can sometimes reflect how your body is coping with stress, digestion, hormones and more.

This week I’m working on a detailed Body Insight Report for a client. It takes hours to analyse the reflex points and patterns in the feet. and then contrast them with Traditional Chinese Medicine and read everything in perspective.

Honestly… every report surprises me.
