Stainform worked closely with Renascent to deliver a unique aesthetically pleasing office fit out. Stainform fabricated and installed painted steel balustrades with timber handrails to a high standard of workmanship.

The project was delivered defect free in an extremely tight time frame ensuring our project was completed with ASICS key opening dates in mind.

The Byng Hotel, situated in the Regional City of Orange, is a heritage 1896 homestead which has evolved into a 22 bedroom hotel filled with vibrant colour and contemporary architecture. Stainform was pleased to install semi framed balustrades complimented with timber handrails to align with the specific design and create a open, vibrant and unique hotel.

-Mirror Frames and Starphire Mirrors to the Bathrooms

-Curved Glass Balustrades with Continuous Stainless mirror capping and timber handrail Supports to the Main and VIP staircases

-Mirror polished trims to lifts, Doorways and various jewellery displays

-Installation of Atrium Carved Glass Windows and Mirror Frames

-Installation of Feature Glass Walls and Timber Frames to the Bridal Salon

-Custom fabricated stainless steel bollards With Carved Glass Lighting to the grand entrance

The result is a timeless, elegant and graceful flagship store.

Stainform assisted Probuild for the Omnia Building located at Potts Point. The building is designed with dramatic architectural features to create a hourglass towers shape. This shape reflects the crossroads of its location. It is creatively designed to include both dark and light colour schemes providing a unique design.
Stainform assisted by fabricating and installing Stainless Steel balustrades and handrails throughout the selected floors including the entry lobby. Stainform was proud to supply and install the car park fit out items such as bollards, Mirrors, height restriction bars and much more to ensure the Probuild project achieved a high quality and compliant status without question.

Ideally you will hold Trade qualifications as a Boilermaker/Sheetmetal or Fitter, and have minimum 5 years experience in a Supervisor/Foreman role. You will demonstrate leadership qualities and people management skills as well as proven success in managing a team in a constantly changing environment.

• Site and Workshop Deliveries (in/out of workshop)
• Small Order Quotations and management
• Reviewing fabrication actuals to budget in Workbench project management system
• Maintaining a safe work environment (ensuring WHS compliance) and conducting weekly tool box meetings
• Engaging the team in continuous improvement activities, using initiative to drive the business forward
• Ensuring tidy factory, bathrooms and work areas.
• Management of stock levels and scrap levels.
• Management of safety supplies and consumables.

Built Pty Ltd engaged Stainform to contribute to Arup Sydney's new offices referred to as Barrack Place.
The project was designed with exceptional architectural features in mind providing comfortable and ergonomic spaces and 5 Star NABERS energy rating.

Stainform fabricated and installed a range of complex structures in mixed materials, including bridges, balustrades and timber handrails. All work demanded a high-quality finish that fit with the striking design features of the building including an exceptional atrium surrounded by bridges, and staircases which create a light filled core.

State of the art on site scanning and exceptional fabrication standards were used to fulfil the architects vision of having all the balustrades align with the stair nosing, creating a unique and stunning aesthetically appealing and beautiful stair and atrium.

Stainform's metal expertise is on display at the George Place building in Sydney. Project by FDC Constructions. Bronze finished handrails and Glass balustrades were successfully installed and the end result is an exquisite and modern space with superb metal finishes.

PROJECT – John Purcell House LOCATION – 11 Lawrence Avenue, Nowra CLIENT – Project Coordination (Australia) Pty Ltd We completed extensive work for this $3.4 million project, utilising mixed materials and fabricating and installing a variety of structures. These included balustrades in mild steel, stainless steel, glass and timber; handrails in coated mild steel and onyx stainless steel; aluminium gates; and sunshades. John Purcell House was constructed to serve the Nowra branch of well-respected charity St Vincent de Paul. Facilities include crisis accommodation and an education centre. Featuring rooftop solar panels, thermo-efficient window frames, recycled floor coverings and in-ground water tanks, the building is one of the most innovative and energy efficient in the region.

BALUSTRADE SYSTEM – custom stainless steel flat balusters with glass panels

We fabricated and installed a range of complex structures in mixed materials, including glass, timber and stainless steel. On the first and second floors, glass balustrades and timber stair treads were affixed to staircases, balcony atriums and meeting rooms. A sleek, high-quality finish was essential to the success of this project. Baxter Healthcare’s new $22m corporate headquarters were completed in December 2011.

LOCATION – Pittwater Rd, Dee Why
CLIENT – Buildcorp Interiors

For this assignment, we utilised a variety of materials to fabricate and install a range of structures, including more than 30 sections of stainless steel hand railing, mesh balustrade, stainless steel mirror cladding, galvanised planters and a corten retaining wall. Our work demanded flexibility, attention to detail and strict adherence to safety regulations.

The $16 million Stage 4 refurbishment involved extensive work over the course of two years, during which the club remained operational.

PROJECT - Balmain Wharf Park
LOCATION - Balmain, NSW
CLIENT - Leichhardt Council / Design Landscapes
BALUSTRADE SYSTEM - Onyx stainless tubular balusters

For this detailed, environmentally conscious landscaping project, conducted by Leichhardt Council, we utilised the onyx balustrade system. Stainless steel handrails and stainless tubular balusters featured throughout.

Custom-designed seating, crafted from a combination of timber and stainless steel, was positioned strategically, complementing both the urban and the natural elements of the site, and creating an impressive finish.
