If you're on oestrogen, skipping progesterone could be dangerous. 🚨

It protects your uterine lining AND calms your nervous system — but whether you actually need it depends on your situation.

No uterus? Mirena IUD? Vaginal oestrogen only? The rules change.

Talk to your doctor — because this is not one-size-fits-all. 👇

70% of women experience this… yet no one talks about it.

If things “down there” suddenly feel off, painful, or just not like you anymore, there’s a reason — and it’s treatable.

You don’t have to just put up with it.

Does your partner need to consent to a vasectomy?

Legally, no.

In Australia, the decision is yours, but that does not mean the conversation with your partner is not important.

Most men worry a vasectomy might cause long term health problems.

The good news? Serious long term complications are rare, and the evidence does not show increased risk of prostate cancer, heart disease, or other major health conditions after vasectomy.

Most people in their 20s and 30s think skin checks can wait.

Some local veterans came into the clinic to pay their respects to Dr Jonathan Grimshaw.

They stood in silence, hand on heart, honouring a man they may not have known for long, but clearly respected deeply.

It was simple.
It was dignified.
And it was incredibly moving.

The flowers, the cards, the visits, the messages, they continue to remind us just how far Jonathan’s kindness and impact reached.

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to come in, to pause, to remember, and to show such care.
