Today at St Josephโ€™s Mundingburra we brought it back to:

โ€œI can do hard things.โ€

With cross country this week, we didnโ€™t focus on being fastโ€ฆ
just on not giving up.

Lots of movement, a bit of wobbling, a lot of encouragement, and plenty of โ€œyouโ€™ve got thisโ€ moments ๐Ÿ™Œ

And somehow in between all thatโ€ฆ they got it.

If your shoulder flares every time you bench, press or dip โ€” itโ€™s not something you just have to โ€œwork around.โ€

Subacromial bursitis is common in lifters who:

โ†’ Increase volume fast
โ†’ Lack scapula control
โ†’ Keep pushing through pain

The fix isnโ€™t total rest.
Itโ€™s smarter loading and better mechanics.
