I noticed that Facebook put a mobile number on this page at some stage recently as a primary contact.
As I am either on the gym floor with clients or in the cafe serving customers, the number is not monitored.

Most people don’t need more discipline.
They don’t need another strict plan.
And they definitely don’t need to be yelled at by a program telling them to “just try harder”.

They need understanding.

They need someone to explain how their body actually works in a way that calms them instead of stressing them out.

Miss Anonymous (privacy respected)

She came back to me for the third time.
And this time she said it honestly.

This is not your usual abs class.

This is a floor-based mat class where we teach you how to switch on the muscles that hold your body together:
• spinal stabilising muscles (multifidus)
• pelvic floor
• transverse abdominis

These muscles don’t automatically fire, especially after stress, injury, childbirth or years of sitting and rushing.
If they’re not working, everything else works harder… and that’s when pain and weakness creep in.

In this class you will learn:
• how to correctly activate these muscles
• how to feel them working
• how to strengthen them safely
• how to support your spine and pelvis in everyday movement.

This style of work is often done in physio-led clinical Pilates.
Ours is education-based, safe, controlled and technique-focused, designed to help you move better and feel more stable.
