Everyone acting like they can’t nutritionally afford a dessert , yet we’re in a time where we have so much access to “lower calories alternatives” to make dieting as was as possible.

A 2 minutes took today and I seen at minimum 12 options between 40-150 calories 💰

So many options under 100 calories there’s really no reason you can’t have a good day of eating and get one of these as a little treat before bed 💤

Made into a bar using

•oats + high protein cereal
•cashews + peanut butter
•coconut oil
•honey + sugar free maple syrup
•freeze dried blueberries + fresh fruit
•salt
•white chocolate

Now I wouldn’t say these are “high protein” that’ll make you reach your daily target !

BUT

They are easy to make, high in quality nutrients and ensure you know what’s in the food you’re consuming 👏🏼

The reason you should workout✨

Im strong, im healthy, I workout, I trains during my pregnancy YET I still struggle to carry my kid around for long periods of times.

Imagine I didn’t train or look after myself.

If you want to feel capable, to look after your babies, to play with them, to run with them, to smile with them, that is a dam good reason to workout.

Why does this matter ?
This is how people will remember you, not by how you tracked, how you trained or what size dress you were.

Spend the time you need in a deficit, track your food for educational purposes and ease of your fat loss, then when you’re done, live a healthy and balanced life ✨
