1packfajita seasoning
2 large capsicums
1 can drained black beans
500g brown rice
80g light sour cream (topping)

530cal p/serve
35g protein • 11g fibre

Brown rice = whole grain → more fibre, magnesium and B-vitamins than white rice.

What I did good
• tracking everything (good or bad)
• training
• scale averages
• sleep (kinda )
• fruit + protein

What I didn’t do so good
• steps (training was high though)
• vegetables (hit 100-200g daily)
• water (did ok 50% of the week)
• fibre (only hit this 30% of the week)

The beauty of weeks that aren’t perfect is I get s**t to work on.

🔪 Started my cut today 🔪

Made a protein shake.
Proud. Motivated. Thriving.

…until I noticed the chia seeds were ALIVE 🐜🫠

Cool cool cool.
Threw it out.
Remade the shake.

Took one sip and my brain said:
“Absolutely not.”

So now it’s Day 1 of the cut and my options are:
1️⃣ Quit immediately the universe has spoken
2️⃣ Sit with the hunger, be an adult, and make a real meal
