Introducing the Work Ready Launch Pad.

Not a resume workshop.

Not a placement service.

Not a one-size-fits-all "back to work" program.

The Work Ready Launch Pad (WRLP) is an 8-stage vocational capacity-building program designed specifically for NDIS participants who are ready to explore work — but need more than a job board can offer.

Over 21 structured yet tailored sessions, participants work through:

Stage 1 — Understanding their starting point

Stage 2 — Building vocational identity

Stage 3 — Exploring realistic work pathways

Stage 4 — Addressing functional barriers

Stage 5 — Developing work-ready skills

Stage 6 — Preparing for employment environments

Stage 7 — Job search with genuine support

Stage 8 — Transition and sustainability planning

Every stage is delivered by a Rehabilitation Counsellor.

Every plan is built around the individual — their goals, their capacity, their life.

If you have participants or you are sitting on employment goals with no clear pathway forward, this is worth knowing about.

I wrote a book. And I want 10 people to read it first.
Before this goes anywhere near a publisher or a launch, I want it in the hands of people who actually need it.
The Work You Deserve is for anyone who's been told — by a system, a diagnosis, or years of knock-backs — that meaningful work isn't for them.
It's not a self-help book full of generic advice. It's written from the chair I sit in every day: working with people navigating the NDIS, rebuilding confidence after injury or illness, and figuring out what work could actually look like for them — on their terms.
I'm looking for 10 people to get a first-look copy. Free. No catch.
All I ask is that you read it with an open mind and tell me honestly what landed — and what didn't.
If that's you, comment below, and I'll message you a copy.

If a company said “ but our clients are paying premium prices, why would they hire someone that…. “ indicating they wouldn’t take someone with a disability or needing any workplace accomodations. When I responded with that she said “ well yeah, I didn’t want to say that but yes, that’s what I meant”
