Our team at Pinjarra and Dwellingup would like to formally recognise a secret legend amongst our team.
Congratulations to Terry who has been admitted into The Order of St John.
The Order recognises outstanding work undertaken by volunteer's who provide Care and Comfort to those in need.
Terry's humble beginnings in the Great Southern of WA, as a volunteer Ambulance Officer, responding to 000 calls. And later providing instruction in First Aid, which he still does today, serving our community of Pinjarra.
Terry also is a vital part of our team working on road and behind the scenes supporting other volunteers, both new and old.
Terry's gentle no-nonsense approach helping others is part of the attributes recognised for his community service.
Some may remember Terry as a former Ranger, who often was part of incident management though LEMC (local emergency management committee), and law enforcement.
We are very proud that King Charles has endorsed his admission to the Order of St John at Member Grade.
