Neuromuscular is an excellent treatment for sports people, body builders and anyone that has on going pain and discomfort. When your muscles are tight it limits your range of movement, therefore restricting muscular growth and restriction in time and performance. Serious athletes always work on their bodies to improve their performance and muscular growth through massage and structural bodywork.
