Hello, Iโ€˜m Wendy โœจ Intuitive Energetics Practitioner ๐Ÿด Animal Communicator ๐Ÿ”ฎ Energy Healer
I help you connect to your animal friends (passed or living) and to your Higher Self to offer communication, understanding and healing. As an Animal Communicator & Intuitive Energetics Practitioner: I use the power of energy and intuition to connect to and communicate with animals - both present & passed - and their humans. and I provide my services remotely to people and animals all across the world.

๐Ÿค” YOU MAY BE WONDERING HOW I KNEW I COULD CONNECT TO ANIMALS:

I have known for a long time that it is possible to connect with animals, as I have a good friend who is an animal communicator. She helped me too many times to count! I longed to be able to talk to our animals myself, but had way too much other "stuff" going on in my life to pursue it. I knew if I told our animals something, they understood it, even if they pretended not to, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldnโ€™t seem to pick up their messages back to me. About 8 years ago, we had a mare (who was really my husband's horse). She had hurt herself and could no longer work, which she loved to do. We knew she was unhappy but didn't know how best to help her. We had done all we could to fix her leg, but she was still not sound. One day when I was near her, I just "knew" that she was going... permanently. I didn't know how, or when, but I knew she would pass away. One part of me thought it couldn't possibly be real, the other part of me asked her to not take her paddock buddy with her. Sure enough, a few weeks later, as we rejoiced a good fall of rain from a thunderstorm, there was a strange lightning bolt from the back of the storm that struck quite close to our house. We got up the next morning to find this mare and her paddock buddy dead in their paddock. I guess that made me take a little notice, but not enough, because it happened again two years later. After several failed attempt to leave us, I โ€œknewโ€ another mare was going to pass. I hoped she would raise the foal that she was carrying at the time before it happened. However a short while after, she passed away immediately after delivering a healthy filly foal. Surely that was enough to get my attention, right? Well, yes and no. I knew I wanted to do it, but again life events got in the way. Another two years down the track, I embarked on this incredible journey. And it has been quite a journey. Courses in Animal Communication, one of which was very helpful for me, got me started. Then along with participation in groups of like minded people, lots of practice. Lots and lots of practice! I have also become a Whole Energy Body Balance (WEBB) Energy Work Practitioner through a course run by veterinarian, Dr Edward Bassingthwaite. I am an Australian Bush Flower Essences Practitioner for Animals and have done a course in kinesiology. I have been furthering my knowledge in medical (veterinary) intuition to enhance my skills in doing intuitive health scans on animals. ๐Ÿด ANIMAL COMMUNICATION AND ENERGY HEALING FOR YOUR ANIMAL:

Animal Communication Sessions are for owners who would like a better understanding and relationship with their animal, no matter if they are living or have passed. The information from a session will give you an insight into their feelings and physical well-being, as well as what motivates them and their behaviours. An animal communication session is also an opportunity to pass messages on to your pet about your feelings, and any changes that may be coming up for them. I may be able to assist where an animal is seemingly normal physically but you just feel that something is โ€œoffโ€ with them, despite the vet saying they canโ€™t find anything wrong. ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ INTUITIVE ENERGETICS FOR YOU:

Intuitive Energetics sessions help people to feel better about themselves and within themselves. Each of us has an energetic field, and the balancing of energy centres encourages a release of old energies, feelings and emotions that no longer serve us allowing us to move forward in our lives in a positive way. Animals often play an important role in these sessions as well, bringing in messages and rememberings that are relevant to each client. Planting and Nurturing the Seeds of Compassion in Your Life

Plant and nurture
the seeds of compassion
in your life.

Begin gently.
Compassion starts as a tiny seed,
almost invisible,
a willingness to pause,
to listen,
to soften instead of harden.

You plant it
each time you choose
patience over judgment,
curiosity over certainty,
kindness over harshness.

These moments may seem small,
but they are seeds,
shaped by the care you give them.

Nurturing compassion
requires attention.
It asks you to tend
your inner landscape,
to notice where the soil
has grown dry
from grief, fear, or exhaustion.

Some days, compassion looks like
offering grace to others.
On harder days,
it is learning to offer
that same grace
to yourself.

You water it with empathy,
allowing yourself to feel deeply
without turning away.
You protect it by setting boundaries
where thoughtless disregard or indifference
might trample
what is still growing.

Over time, compassion takes root.
It moves quietly through your life,
changing how you see people,
how you respond to pain,
how you hold
your own wounds.

It teaches you
that everyone is carrying
something unseen,
that tenderness is not weakness,
and that love,
when nurtured and cared for,
can survive
even the harshest of seasons.

And one day,
almost without noticing,
you will find that compassion
has become part
of the way you breathe.

It will provide shelter and comfort to others
when they are weary,
steady you
when the ground feels uncertain,
and gently remind you
that growth is possible,
and that compassion can flourish
even in the most challenging of times.

I know a lot of you reading my posts are like me - outside with animals a lot. Some of you have farms and spend all day working outside. You are probably like me in that you live in jeans or shorts and shirts. Working with horses or other livestock, good boots as well. Some of you who have known me for some time will realise that you have never seen me in a dress ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

For many years, I was one of the "if I can't wear jeans I don't want to go" people. However, I have realised now that while jeans are practical, everyone wears jeans. For so long, women in general have been trying to prove that they can do everything that men can do, and somehow that came to include wearing pants all the time.

I have decided that I just can't always do what men can do - because I am a woman. I am not as physically robust, not as strong and I move differently because I am built differently. Nothing is better or worse. It is just different.

In ancient times, around half the deities worshipped around the world were women and the Divine Feminine was acknowledged and revered just as much as the Divine Masculine ๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿ’™

So, ladies, it is time to embrace your Divine Feminine. Wear a dress or a skirt when practical. Maybe grow your hair a little longer. And embrace the fact that we are different than men. Men and women can both do things the other can't.

For the men reading this post, perhaps it is time for you to acknowledge your softer, more feminine side as well. We all have both feminine and masculine energies in our energetic composition.

I decided a couple of years ago to bring back my feminine energy after ignoring her for so long. My hair is longer (and wilder lol), and I wear dresses when it suits. I had forgotten how cool they are in hot weather! Join me in a new style of feminine revolution where we bring back the unique energy of the Divine Feminine. ๐Ÿฉท

Here is a photo of us at a very special family wedding last year, and yes, I was wearing a dress.

Here we are back into a working week as if Christmas and New Year never happened.

Did you jump straight in, striving to meet your goals for 2026?
Or did you ease your way in, one toe at a time as if testing the waters?

For those of you with big plans for this year, don't lose sight of who you are in your drive to be the new someone you hope to be this year.

Embrace your strengths and your weaknesses, because who actually decided they were weaknesses? Perhaps what some perceive as weakness are actually your superpowers ๐Ÿฅฐ.

As I walked this morning I heard an unusual bird sound. I wandered up and down until I found the right tree and the bird. It was a crow, but it wasn't making the usual "ark! ark!" that crows make. It was making a softer, more melodious sound.

Now crows and I have something of an uneasy relationship. Too often, I have seen them hover as I nurse a very sick horse, as if just biding their time until the animal becomes a meal for them. I have seen what they will do to animals that are fading but aren't quite dead yet. I know they have a very useful role in cleaning up carion, but those behaviours make me feel uneasy about them.

However, this new crow sound was more soothing and made me think that no matter what we think of others (animals and people) there is always another side that we might not see too often. It was a reminder that perhaps we shouldn't identify them by that one side of them we see most often.

Here is what my "Animal Wisdom" cards said about the crow -
"The most mystical of all birds, crows bring us the wisdom of the shadow; it's through the depths of our being that we experience spiritual transformation. Through our inner exploration, crows guide us to use our unique voice fearlessly."

Here is another interpretation of Kangaroo energy that I found today.

This is from a deck of cards called "Animal Wisdom" by Kris Franken.

It is a timely reminder for me, and probably many others, to stand tall in our wisdom and keep our boundaries clear. These are things I have spent a lifetime working on and it is only in the last few years that I feel I am making some progress. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Can anyone else relate to that?

As We Shine Our Light, May We Light the Way for Others

As we celebrate the new year,
may we discover within ourselves
a deep and lasting sense of peace, love, and belonging.

May we learn to pause,
to listen inwardly,
and to meet both joy and uncertainty
with gentleness.

In opening our hearts and minds,
may compassion soften our judgments,
and curiosity take the place of fear.

May this inner openness ripple outward,
shaping the way we speak,
the way we listen,
the way we care for one another.

In the simple, often unseen moments,
may we choose kindness,
patience,
and understanding.

As we shine our light,
may we light the way for others.
May our lives become a shining presence,
steady, sincere, and alive,
offering a living celebration
of peace and love
to all we encounter
in the year ahead.

Kangaroo energy abounds this morning!

The photo on our lawn was taken through one of our glass doors as they were so close to the house. The photo on our drive was taken while I was on my morning walk.

Grey kangaroo is a sign of a particularly abundant and prosperous time, and as a reminder to show appreciation for what you have and those you love ๐Ÿฅฐ
(from "Animal Spirit Guides" by Steven D. Farmer).

2025 is almost over, and we are all looking at 2026 and wondering what sort of beast it will be. Will 2026 be kind and gentle, or will it toss us around like a feather in the wind?

A lot happened in my life this year. There were highs and there were lows. Some planned and expected, others bolting in from the blue like a rogue storm. We had more lows than we ever saw coming our way, and while they caused us stress at the time in terms of anxiety, sadness etc, much of how we feel about things that happen is just our response to the situation.

It is fine to grieve, get upset or anxious, or sad about things that happen, but once they have happened, we need to look our emotions in the eye and thank them for showing themselves, but realise that they need to move on. We need to feel our feelings and then let them pass through us. They don't need to stay forever.

This is a great time of year to look back at what this year brought you, perhaps dwell on your feelings about events that came your way both wonderful and not so great, and then allow them to keep going and flow on their way.

You might find that things that brought you stress or sadness at the time you can view in a more positive light. Perhaps someone left this life and you can see now that they are in a better place. Perhaps you see a stressful situation as being something that made you stand up and speak up, when you never have before. Perhaps difficult times led you to more personal growth than you have achieved in a long time.

Allow the feelings to pass through and start 2026 feeling fresh and new, and optimistic for what the New Year might bring you.
