Your time, thoughts, feelings, and whole self as a person is worthy.

Worthy of honouring.

So, take a breath, unclench your shoulders, hands, jaw, exhale and release. Allow your body to relax.

Here are some thoughts I offer you -

Give without over-giving,
Receive without over-receiving, and
Accommodate without over-reaching.

Whilst treating others how you'd like to be treated, remember to do the same for yourself.

In all things - balance.

In balance - harmony.

Recognise the imbalances, and correct as needed, and as possible.

It is OK to need more - or less - match those needs to the way you approach living.

In this may you find harmony.

In this may you find joy.

Tuesday Tip - for the rest of your week:

This card speaks of a tremendous time of positivity, new beginnings, healing of old wounds, and growth - in all areas of life.

If you're currently seeking a way to create time-out, this bodes well for allowing it. Planning a small getaway, or even some time to lavish yourself is ideal this week.

If you're seeking harmony in love and relationships, this week should see abundance in the way you most need it - this could be new growth or closure.

If you have been toiling away at work, expect to see some good come of it this week - and - if you are beginning a new venture (or have been thinking of it) - the sun shines on that opportunity to begin it *now*!

It's a very positive card, and indicates a time of positive growth for the week ahead.

Open yourself up to this energy by practicing gratitude in some way, and leaning into the silver linings - the sun will then shine brightly on what you have been waiting for ☀️

Hello all (who can see this). If you don't feed the prosumption of Web 2.0 the algorithm no-likey.

Anywho. I'd like you to know that I still happily offer - outside of scheduled counselling - in-depth card readings. The *minimum* fair rate I figured, over time, for the time it takes to do them is about $50. The entire process to give a proper reading and answer Q's takes upwards of 90 mins. So, it's slightly over minimum wage.

Some people charge thrice this and others are, very sadly, fraudulent.

If it is an integrated counselling session with spiritual readings, that requires my counselling training, spiritual training, and the effort I make in blending them together to meet your personal needs, to give you the best I can. That effort is significantly higher, and the cost is a little higher. A small fraction of the cost of learning said skills 🤣 (HECS, anyone?)

Money is, after all, an energy exchange, that's why some services cost more than others. And why all have a cost.

The exception to this is if someone needs help and can't afford it - I'm happy to serve nevertheless. I also can't do some things and need help doing them, pay for what I can afford, and accept help for the things I cannot.

Want to learn how to meditate, expand the ways you can, learn to give burdens to spirit, and weild the power of visualisation for lifting weight from your shoulders?

Want to do that in nice spaces, in an affordable manner?

I've taught people who could never meditate previously, and guided meditations through wonderful journeys - and I'd like to offer that chance for groups.

It is an incredibly helpful mental- and -physical health tool and practice, and I'd like to share that with you.

Both in teaching mediation, and in guiding it.

Group sessions of 45 mins ...ish for $5 a head is easily sufficient, and I think, it is important to learn in places where thet are nice spaces and occasional distractions. Just need to bring a chair! :)

Australian spring at a local greenspace.

These places are integral for the physical-and -mental wellbeing of the surrounding residents. Even a short time looking at greenspace does a world of good. Walking and sitting in it amplifies this effect. Get out of and when you can to spaces like this ☺️. If your local community doesn't have them, write to your local representative/council.
