Hi everyone, I've been pretty busy lately, including having a total knee replacement surgery. I had it on the 17 th Jan 2020.
I have been using my oils in this time. I would like to highlight two oils this morning.
Copaiba and Litsea.

I have been using 3 drops of each in about a 50 cent piece amount of hand cream and have been massaging it into my leg that had surgery on my bruises and either side of my wound.

It's amazing how much my bruises have gotten lighter and it's also helped with the pain.
I'm on a knee replacement group and a lovely lady on there brought this to my attention.
She said this is what she had been doing.
I've been doing this Friday, and the bruise has almost healed on my arm. And it's getter better on my leg. I wished I had a before photo, but I don't.

This is after one application of frank and lemongrass. 2 drops of each. Love my doTERRA oils.

I’m house sitting down south for the weekend. I forgot my main oils. In the middle of the night I remembered I had my key chain in the consol of my car.

So in the diffuser I’ve put lemongrass and frank. Then I put 2 drops of each on my bruise. The bruise is from having bloods taken yesterday.

One of my fav essential oils.

Lemongrass essential oil can heal primarily because it is comprised of geraniol and neral, both found in other citrus-like essential oils.
