SCHOOL HOLIDAY ACTIVITY FOR TEENS:
Intro to Strength Training for Teens Workshop 🌟
Looking for something fun, empowering, and active for your teen these school holidays? Join us for our Intro to Strength Training for Teens sessions!
What’s Included:
- 15-minute Introduction to Strength Training
- 60-minute Strength Training session to learn proper form, build confidence, and have fun!
- 15-minute session on how to fuel your workouts with healthy nutrition tips + Q & A- parents welcome.
Dates:
Wednesdays of the school holidays – July 9th & 16th
- Time: 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
- Cost: $37 per session
This 90-minute session will teach your teen the basics of strength training, help them build their fitness, and provide them with essential nutrition tips for fueling their body!

Sentience Personal Training Has a Walking Group for Members!
We're excited to announce our brand new Sentience SuperStars Walking Group – a fun, supportive way to stay active and connect with fellow members!
When: Every Wednesday at 9:30 AM
Duration: 30-45 minutes
Where: Meet-up locations shared via WhatsApp
This group is open to all fitness levels, and it’s all about walking at your own pace while staying motivated and accountable with others. Whether you're walking for fitness or just to enjoy some fresh air, we’d love to have you join us!

Shoutout to our 6:30pm crew last night - Tamara, Anna, George 🙌
You pushed, lifted, and showed up with such focus — your effort was inspiring.
Every rep, every pause for breath, every moment you gave your best — you’re not just building strength for today, but for the years ahead. Thank you for showing up as your best self and sharing your energy with us.

💬 A little note from us:
You might notice we don’t flood this page with workout pics or sweaty selfies. That’s because our sessions are deeply focused, fast-paced, and always personal. We’re coaching 5 individual programs at once — every member is different, and our attention is fully on them (no time for snaps!).

Also? Many of our members don’t want their workouts on social media — and we 100% respect that. Your health is personal.

So while we’d love to share more of what happens behind these walls, you’ll see the occasional pic or moment shared (with permission), but this page is more about celebrating progress, member stories, helpful info, and what health looks like outside the gym, too.
