April Mobility Routine is here
The members new monthly mobility routine has just been sent out — and we’ll also be guiding members through it in the studio this month.
Members will warm up with the routine but can also complete it any time at home when they are feeling a little stiff, tight or sore.

Mobility isn’t just “extra” — it’s what keeps your joints healthy, your body moving well, and your strength training feeling good.

Now is a great time to get back on track.

The year has settled, long weekend is over.
And this is usually when you start to feel it…
“I want to feel better in myself, I need a routine.”

Easter is a reminder that no matter where you’re at — tired, off track, or feeling like you’ve let things slide — you’re never stuck.

There is always an opportunity to reset.

To move forward with more awareness, strength, and intention.

You don’t need a perfect plan, you just need to take the next step.
