For a long time, I counted my work as my workout.

Running semi-personal sessions means I’m on my feet for hours — coaching, demonstrating, racking and unracking weights, guiding 5 people at a time, sometimes for 6 hours straight.

And honestly?
Between running the business, working on the business, and caring for family — that felt like enough.

But lately, I’ve felt it.
