Here are some simple but effective ways to relax, depending on what suits you best: ✨⭐️✨

For your body
• Take slow, deep breaths (in through the nose, out through the mouth).
• Do a few gentle stretches or try progressive muscle relaxation (tensing then releasing each muscle group).
• Have a warm shower or bath.
• Get outside for a short walk in fresh air.

For your mind
• Try a short meditation or guided relaxation audio.
• Journal your thoughts to get them out of your head.
• Listen to calming music, nature sounds, or a podcast you enjoy.
• Read something light and uplifting.

For your senses
• Light a candle or use essential oils (lavender is especially calming).
• Sip a warm herbal tea slowly.
• Wrap yourself in a cozy blanket.

Lifestyle resets
• Limit phone and screen time before bed.
• Create a calming evening routine you can stick to.
• Do something creative like doodling, cooking, or even coloring.
