Still a few spaces left for our 8/8 Lion’s Gate Release and Integrate event on Friday night.
Angie Raine will be leading a heart opening yin yoga sequence to drop us into the body, then I’ll be offering a guided process with sacred sound to support and supercharge the ceremony. There’ll also be cacao, fire, movement and time to connect over a cuppa after.
If youre feeling the Lion’s call to release whats holding you back and rise into your power, we would love you to join us.

Co-regulation is the unsung hero of nervous system healing. Sitting in presence with another and being witnessed with compassion trumps all the analysing and clever strategies.

Some people say I nerd out too much on sound science…to them I say, “yes, you’re probably right…but have have you tried sitting in a Toroidal Harmonic Energy Activation Resonance Circle?”🤷🏻‍♂️😅 THEARC is a Nikola Tesla idea, a combination of six frequencies, which I’ve mixed here to create the illusion of sitting in a circle surrounded by six speakers. It is said to clear and activate Ajna (3rd eye/pineal) and open you up to deep insight and intuitive knowing.

Lots of big shifts happening in this high energy eclipse portal. The call is “ground, ground and more grounding” 🌏🌍Find your feet, find your bum and notice you are always being supported.
