I had the most beautiful reminder land in my inbox today 💌✨
I’ve been nominated for the YMCA Victoria 2026 Victorian Mother of the Year 💛
And while that in itself feels incredibly special… what it really made me reflect on is why I do what I do every single day.
As a mum, you don’t think about recognition.
You think about showing up.
You think about your child feeling safe, seen, and confident in who they are.
And that’s exactly why I created our kids programs at Beat Freakz Fit® ⚡️
Because I know what it feels like to want more for your child.
More confidence
More belonging
More belief in themselves
Our kids programs are so much more than just movement 💛
⚡️ We help children build real confidence through music, movement and positive reinforcement
⚡️ We create safe spaces where kids feel seen, included and celebrated for who they are
⚡️ We teach self belief, emotional awareness and resilience in a way that actually lands
⚡️ We bring connection, fun and belonging into every single session
Every class ends with our Step In Circle
A moment where each child is reminded of their worth, their voice and their power ✨
Because confidence isn’t something kids are just born with
It’s something we build
It’s something we practice
And it’s something every child deserves to feel 💛
This nomination is beautiful
But the real reward is watching kids walk in shy… and leave believing in themselves ⚡️
That’s why I’ll always do this 💫
