Working the arms with no weights - We do this every class, we also do incorporate small weights into every class too for added toning 💪👊🏾

My word for 2026 is explosive 🧨🔥

But not the chaotic, burnout kind.
The grounded, aligned, powerful kind.

Because to create explosive growth, your foundations have to be solid.
You can’t build momentum on an exhausted nervous system.
You can’t lead powerfully if your body is running on empty.

So my focus right now is the basics done exceptionally well.

⚡ Adjusting my diet
Because food fuels my brain, hormones, mood and energy.
This is about clarity, stability, strength and sustainability.

⚡ Getting in the sun daily
Because sunlight regulates sleep, boosts mood, supports immunity and resets my nervous system.
This is natural energy and emotional balance.

⚡ Cold showers every morning
Because cold exposure builds resilience, sharpens focus and trains my nervous system to stay calm under pressure.
This is discipline, confidence and mental strength.

Explosive doesn’t start in the business.
It starts in the body.
It starts in the nervous system.
It starts in the habits no one sees.

2026 isn’t about doing more.
It’s about becoming stronger, clearer and more regulated…
So when things explode, I’m ready to hold it.
