We provide contemporary, innovative services that promote choice and self-determination for the people we serve. We provide social support helping clients connect with there families and friends and the community. For some, it might be going to a community group every week and for others, it might be learning a new skill or being doing something just for fun. Our support workers will also be hap

py to help clients to feel there home clean and tidy where they can feel comfortable and happy. We can help clients with there independence by assisting them to do laundry, ironing, gardening and general house hold maintenance. We help clients with there independent living skills by providing transportation where they need to go such as doctor appointments or collecting groceries after helping them to organise and order online or we could also pick up groceries and pack them away for the client.
