I’m currently four chapters in—reading it for the second time—and I absolutely love the concept. It’s a book that challenges you to face your own patterns, take accountability, and truly evolve.

This is my sleep book—the one I turn to at night to feed my mind and soul before resting. Personal growth isn’t just about changing habits; it’s about deepening the connection with yourself and others.

🏃‍♀️ Recipe Week: Lighter Teriyaki Sauce 🏃‍♂️

This healthier take on teriyaki sauce is perfect for marinating or glazing a variety of meats and vegetables. By using low-sodium soy sauce and natural honey, it’s a cleaner alternative that doesn’t compromise on flavour.

Ingredients:

½ cup low-sodium soy sauce (120 mL)

3 tablespoons water

½ tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon cornstarch

4 tablespoons honey

Preparation:

1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the soy sauce, water, garlic, cornstarch, and honey.

2. Whisk continuously as the mixture heats.

3. Once the sauce begins to bubble, keep stirring until it thickens to your desired consistency.

4. Remove from heat and let it cool.

5. Use as a marinade for meats or a finishing glaze for vegetables.
