CLARY CALM FOR ALL THINGS FEMALE

ClaryCalm is a Blend of Oils that is designed to provide a calming, soothing effect during the course of a woman’s menstrual cycle, ClaryCalm is known as a cooling essential oil blend when used topically, with a floral, yet herbaceous scent. Whether you need cooling effects for the skin or help to balance your emotions, ClaryCalm is the perfect companion in times of discomfort and extra need.

ClaryCalm Uses and Benefits

1. During menstruation, the female body tends to experience a lot of discomforts, both emotionally and physically. Utilize the soothing benefits of ClaryCalm during your menstrual cycle, by applying the oil to the abdomen for a calming massage.

2. Heightened emotions are commonly part of a woman’s menstrual cycle, but many times unbalanced emotions simply come as a part of life. The calming aroma of ClaryCalm can both soothe and balance heightened emotions when applied topically. Whether you are experiencing a disruption or lack of balance in your emotions due to your menstrual cycle, finals week, a recent family tragedy, or any of life’s stressors, consider using the aroma of ClaryCalm to soothe unsettled emotions by applying it topically. You can apply a drop of ClaryCalm to your hand, rub the palms together and inhale the scent of ClaryCalm for 30 seconds or more when you need to centre your emotions and regain composure. Remember—ClaryCalm can help balance your mood throughout the month, not just during menstruation.

3.The cooling effect of ClaryCalm can be helpful when the body gets too hot. When you start feeling flushed or warm, apply ClaryCalm topically to the skin for a cooling, soothing effect. The doTERRA ClaryCalm blend comes in a convenient roll-on bottle, so when your body feels a little too toasty, you can simply roll the oil over your skin for a cooling sensation that will help you settle and cool down.

4. Although ClaryCalm helps create a soothing abdomen massage during menstruation, applying the oil to other areas can also help you experience the cool, soft sensation that ClaryCalm has to offer. When applying topically, consider rubbing the oil on the back of your neck, on your temples, or even on the bottom of your feet. You can dilute ClaryCalm with Fractionated Coconut Oil to avoid any skin sensitivity.

5. Along with the topical application, diffusing ClaryCalm aromatically can also provide help for unbalanced or heightened emotions. Place a few drops of ClaryClam in the essential oil diffuser of your choice when you feel that your emotions are particularly intensified or sensitive. Diffusing ClaryCalm while you rest on the couch, read your favourite book, or just relax at home is a great way to centre your emotions and dispel heightened sensitivity.

WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OILS?

What is an essential oil, an essential oil is a necessary part of the plant because it is actually its the immune system.

Now most of us know the parts of a plant. We know that it has roots. We know it has left.

We know that it has flowers. Sometimes it has fruit. We know that it has seeds, to reproduce the plant.

We know that it can have stems. It can have trunks, it can have bark. There's a whole lot of components to plants, but what a lot of people aren't aware of is the essential oil aspect.

So let's just look at a plant and avocado, and we know that we can pick the avocado and when ripe and it gives us nourishment. When we open it up, we can see the seed in the middle and we see all the flesh and we eat the fleshy part of the plant. And that's nourishment for us.

It's also made by the plant to be nourishment for the seed so that when that avocado drops into the ground, it has all the nourishment that it needs to produce its own roots and to produce a shoot that will push out through the ground to get to the air, the atmosphere and the roots to get to the nutrients of the soil. And until it can do that, it has the nourishment of that fleshy part that the plant produced around it. But that is not the essential oil.

That fleshy part is the food oil because you can turn avocados into avocado oil. You can turn olives into olive oil and sunflower seeds into sunflower seed oil. And so on.

The essential oil is the immune system of the plant that protects it from bugs and viruses and anything, mould, anything that can attack it and stop it from being a healthy plant. So that's why you can find essential oils in the roots, in the leaves, in the flowers, in the back, depending on the plant.

So an essential oil when you use it is potent. Because it is the immune system is the reason why you only needed drop, It can take a lot of plants to get just 5 ml of essential oil. It takes thousands of rose petals, for example, to make five ml of oil. So it is so potent.

Yes, the essential oil is basically the immune system of the plant which is so very, very different to a food oil. Food oil goes off just like food but essentials never do when gathered correctly.

If you mix essential oils with food oil, then that blend essential oil will have a date of expiry of use but if you never blend it with food oil and it is made in the way it was meant to be made with all the nutrients beyond organic, then you have a, got oil that can last you for years and years and years.

However, it's much better that you use it, than leave it in the bottle.

ESSENTIAL OILS ARE BEYOND ORGANIC

Are doTERRA essential oils organic, NO they are beyond organic?

Now, what does this mean? Most of us understand organic and that means there are no pesticides.

There's nothing in the soil. They're not sprayed, they're in their natural habitat where they don't get any poisons from the air. The water is pure, pure, and clean the fertilizer is pure and clean and has no, chemicals in it or anything dangerous like that.

And that makes that plant organic yet beyond organic is different.

Organic means that we have beautifully grown natural organic plants, yet that doesn't mean that they are medicinal because what you need in a plant is for it to have all the nutrients it requires from the soil for it to be healthy and strong. And if you're a gardener of any sort, you know that if the plant isn't growing, well, then there's something nutritionally deficient.

So beyond organic simply means that not only is the plant organic and everything about it organic, the soil, the air, the water, the fertilizer and so on, it means that the soil is at the right level nourishment level for the plant to be at its optimum so that when it produces this fruit, that seeds leave roots, that it is all at a medical level. Medical means that all the parts of the plant are at the right level for it to do what it is meant to do. That's what makes it beyond organic

SO Organic and medical takes us to beyond organic, and if that is the case, then the immune system of the plant, which is where we get the essential oils from, are also beyond organic.

HOW LONG DO ESSENTIAL OILS LAST?

MOST Essential Oils will last you longer than the generations that you will see in your life if you never open them and keep them in the dark. The only exceptions are the citrus as they seem to maintain their potency and aroma for a couple of years.
ANY bottle of oil that is opened allows air to come in and the aroma escape which reduces its potency or the oil as it will simply escape out of the bottle. Leave the lid off and this will happen faster. SO put those lids back on tight.
WHY do they last so long, because they are essential oils and not a food oil. This means they come from different parts of the plant for different purposes. They are quite often processed differently from food oils but it isn't the process that makes them last longer, it is the fact it is an essential oil.

ESSENTIAL OILS MATCHING ENDOCRINE SYSTEM

Essential oils enter your circulatory system, which enables them to disperse throughout your body, and this is the same way your endocrine glands send hormones wherever they need to go. The fact that this process is familiar to both essential oils and the endocrine system means that in many cases, you can realize a very rapid and positive response from the EOs listed below.

PINEAL -
The Pineal Gland ~ Cedarwood, Frankincense, and Sandlewood.
Cedarwood, Frankincense, Lavender, and Melissa
This gland is located in the middle of the brain. It makes the hormone melatonin. This hormone helps your body know when it's time to sleep. This hormone also regulates the timing of other functions throughout the body, such as when puberty starts.

HYPOTHALAMUS
Frankincense, Ylang-Ylang and Patchouli – These oils support the hypothalamus gland. Your hypothalamus is so important because it influences thyroid and adrenal function, regulates how you handle stress, and controls your thirst and hunger. It also has input in all endocrine functions, so using these oils regularly can support your endocrine system in many ways.

PITUITARY❤
Sandalwood, Vetiver and Frankincense – These wonderfully aromatic oils can support the overall job of your endocrine system to deliver hormones. The purity is known as the “master gland” of the hormone system, so using these essential oils to support the body to boost pituitary gland health,, will accordingly help all of the other endocrine glands do their jobs properly

THYROID
Lemongrass and Frankincense – These two can support your thyroid to release its hormone. Through the release of thyroid hormone, your thyroid influences the health of your digestive system and metabolism, as well as cardiovascular function and brain development.

PARATHYROID.
Frankincense, Spearmint and Peppermint – Among other benefits to the endocrine system, these aromatic oils support the body to promote parathyroid gland health.

THYMUS
Rosemary, Frankincense, Oregano and Ginger – Keeping your thymus healthy means immune system support that leads to overall health and well-being. These oils support the body to boost the performance of your thymus gland

PANCREAS
Basil / Cypress / Vetiver Oil Blend: On their own, have been said to support benefits to the hormone-producing glandular organ performing at top-notch, but when the three essential oils for pancreas health are combined, it has been suggested that the results just could be enhanced.
A healthy pancreas is also said to get a boost from basil, cinnamon and rosemary essential oils, which can mean your digestive system and metabolism benefit.

ADRENAL'
Frankincense (Boswellia carterii)
The healing properties of this sacred essential oil are unparalleled, specifically for adrenal exhaustion. It is supportive for the imbalances of the HPA (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) axis as well as calming the nervous system see www.pubmed.org
Black Spruce, Basil and Rosemary – Adrenal glands have been said to find benefit from these essential oils. You can use them in a blend, or individually. In men, healthy adrenal glands mean the production of s*x hormones like testosterone, and the adrenals are also responsible for regulating a healthy metabolism and controlling stress responses.

OVARIES
Geranium and Rosemary – These two essential oils are said to contributing to supporting the ovaries in the production of healthy eggs so that fertilization and pregnancy as possible. They also said to support by influencing a woman’s ovaries in the production of healthy estrogen and progesterone levels
Rose
It has been proposed that rose oil can support the strengthening of the uterus, potentially addressing menstrual cycle issues. In menopause, rose oil may improve mood and reduce hot flashes by balancing hormones.
Geranium

Geranium may have similar benefits to rose oil, including balancing the hormones, supporting menstrual cycle regularity in perimenopause, and improving mood. It is often called the poor man's rose.

ESSENTIAL OILS FOR HORMONES
The endocrine system manages your hormones, which are responsible for regulating metabolism, growth, sleepiness, heart rate, blood sugar, the release of adrenaline, and s*xual maturity, among many other things.

The endocrine system is made up of glands (the pituitary gland, thyroid, adrenal, ovaries, and testicles) throughout the body that produces, store, and release hormones. Hormones are chemicals that serve as a form of communication within the body. The endocrine system triggers the glands to release hormones into the bloodstream, which distributes the hormones throughout the body. These hormones are critical to our survival; they help maintain homeostasis, which includes regulating blood pressure, blood sugar, s*x hormones, digestive enzymes, stress response, and more. Keeping the glands functioning well is key to overall health and quality of life.

There are many different kinds of hormone molecules, and each kind sends a different message that triggers different responses. The endocrine system regulates the release of adrenaline, cortisol, insulin, progesterone, melatonin, estrogen, testosterone, and many other hormones that send messages throughout the body.

The pituitary gland is known as the master gland. It controls all other glands in the endocrine system. A special part of the brain called the hypothalamus controls the pituitary gland, so the endocrine system is actually under the control of the nervous system. Hormones controlled by the endocrine system control the function of the many organs and body systems, including the skin, kidney, stomach, liver, pancreas, reproductive system, and heart.

Essential oils can be used to support the endocrine system and promote balance and homeostasis. Several essential oils may be useful in supporting the healthy functioning of the endocrine system, including Clary Sage, Fennel, Lemongrass, Melissa, Rose, and Rosemary. Diffusing these oils, applying them topically, or taking them internally can be helpful.
