We have some exciting news..

From Monday we will begin the expansion of our mineral pool spaces with the inclusion of a new outdoor sauna & cold plunge pool.

Think contrast therapy.
Think design-led open-air immersion.
Where sauna meets scenery.
Where wild weather is embraced & senses are invigorated.

These external works will be occurring to the east of our existing mineral pool. Throughout July, August & September every effort will be made to ensure minimal disruption to our hotel & spa guests.

With this in mind, we are offering our guests (You!) the opportunity to STAY or SPA at Lon during these months for a SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATE (see images below for details)

Thank you for your understanding & support as we embark on these exciting changes & look to bring you more opportunities to slow down and immerse yourselves in nature.

Arrival from 6.15pm (unless bathing or grazing prior)

Be welcomed to the beautiful Lon Retreat and start your session with a delicious LOVE herbal tea. Experience a soundbath around the warmth and crackling on an indoor fire.

After the soundbath, enjoy nutritious home made soup & foccacia to warm your belly.

Arrive for tea & soundbath and soup - at 6.15pm - 8.30pm

There is a an also option to also book in a for a mineral pool swim from 4.30pm beforehand. Please enquire directly with Lon Retreat or book session when booking your sound bath ticket.
