Over the past 15 years, Larrie Winzar has coached thousands of people to discover work that will allow them to be happy and successful whilst bringing meaning and purpose to their lives. Ages of clients range between 16 to 70 - starting out, a quarter or mid-life crisis, redundancies, returning to work, a change of career, creating a business, a change of circumstances or continuing to work in ret
irement. Our work and the other important parts of life are not lived in isolation; they blend in many areas – confidence, worry, communication, conflict, procrastination, relationships, decision making, self-care, time & energy balance, home, community, health & wellbeing, leisure, finance, creating private space. So it is with Larrie’s coaching. Your working life may or may not be the primary motivator to seek coaching – only 13% of people like their work – however, the benefits flow to all areas of your life. Most coaching is in person one on one. However, Larrie also facilitates small private group workshops on a variety of topics, workplace coaching, distance coaching and speaking engagements. Career transitioning following a redundancy is an area where Larrie is also highly experienced and respected. Her involvement with rural women through facilitating workshops in country areas, at minimal or no cost, is another area that Larrie enjoys. She also writes on a variety of subjects and is currently working on her first book. There are no contracts; no set number of sessions. Larrie’s clients enjoy flexibility of coaching that suits them. Her coaching studio is a creative, relaxed space in central Bendigo and Larrie’s warm, inspiring, confidential, intuitive style quickly puts clients at ease as they create the life they want for themselves.
