“NECK HUMP?”
If you you have a neck hump hump it’s most likely due to having your head slightly forward and weak, deep neck flexors.
The deep neck flexors consist of: LONGUS COLLI, LONGUS CAPITUS, FECTUS CAPITUS AND LONGUS CERVICUS. All help you maintain neck stability and good posture.
The deep neck flexors can become weak due to POOR POSTURE, such as forward head and rounded shoulders ➡️ commonly from COMPUTER or CELLPHONE OVERUSE!!!!
3 SETs
- CHIN TO CHEST 5 to 10 Reps holding 5 Secs each rep.
- HEAD LIFT 5 to 10 Reps holding 5 Secs each rep.
- LATERAL FLEX 10 Reps (5 each side)
