👤 Neck Stretching - Stretching at your desk can have a positive relief on – rotating your head from the chin to the back of the head, in a circular motion.

🌸 Deep Breathing - Take a deep breath, lift your shoulders up towards your ears, hold and release.

🙆 Twisting Torso - Grab the back of the chair with your right hand and hold the arm rest with your left, then switch sides.

🪑 Leg Extensions - Hold the seat of the chair with your hands, straightening your legs and raising them up and down. For a challenge, try not to let your feet touch the ground.
