Celebrate all the small things in life, like my Robbie's birthday. The small grandchildren got an invite, and we had a lovely morning tea with lots of special treats for Robbie and the kids. Create memorable moments. Every time I look at this photo, it makes me smile at the fun we had.

At my last Lunch with Louise class, I showcased all the vegetables that I had grown in my garden. There is nothing nicer that going out first thing in the morning and picking fresh tomatoes, onions, zucchinins, capsicums and salad leaves to use in my class. Organic goodness on a plate.

Sometimes it’s great to get away from the daily grind and upskill, so last week I headed to Sydney for a great conference. I had fun, learnt lots, and chewed the fat with other inspirational people.
Learning new things is the key to staying alive.

Oh what a lovely day we had at our last Lunch with Louise 💛
Good food, great company, and plenty of laughs around the table!
