Sessions will support you if you are feeling alone or overwhelmed by life's circumstances, bring what is required to awareness so that you may take responsibility for your life. You will be facilitated in your individuation and integration processes to exercise and strengthen the muscles of your inner world to live a meaningful and authentic life. Some areas include:

~creating healthy relationships
~coping with grief, loss & dis-ease and

Healing is loving your SELF and being witnessed is healing.
