A GREAT RESPONSE TO A MICRO NEEDLING TREATMENT 🙌😍….

Is it normal for the skin to appear red after a micro needling session…. The answer is definitely YES …🙌

We call this Erythema, which is the result of a successful micro needling treatment.

The erythema usually subsides after a cooling period of 24hrs to 48hrs and the skin does eventually return to its normal appearance.

It’s one of the best treatments for collagen induction therapy which involves using tiny sterilised needles to create micro-injuries to the skin. This process works to trigger the natural healing body’s response which then leads to increased collagen and elastin production which helps to rejuvenate the skin.

This treatment is incredible for scar tissue, acne and improving elasticity and collagen production making the skin look tight and toned and reducing the appearance of them fine lines.

An Update from your Cooroora Body and Beauty girl Em.❤️

As some of you know I have been directing some of my clients I can’t fit in on my Thursdays to Maroochydore clinic and as much as I am super grateful to you all it has been because I’ve been helping a young superstar with her Brumby to compete at this weekends Brumby challenge happening on Sunday.

You may have seen Cloe on the news lately with this beautiful Brumby called Sunny and what a team they are.🙌

For those wanting to come and see the brumbies and a performance not to be missed the gates will be opened this Sunday and Chloe will be performing from 9am where I also will be attending as her coach.

I’d love to see you there and and catch up. I’ll be back in Pomona next week where I’m already fully booked for Skin with only one spot available on Monday afternoon at 1pm.🙋‍♀️😍👌

She has worked with many leading local and national skincare professionals including Melissa Drury at MD Cosmetics and Skin Clinic, Sally Topper of SuperNatural Skincare, The Skin Coaches at Cooroy, and running her own clinic in Pomona for several years and also is apart of the DermaSurg Skin Clinic at Maroochydore on a Wednesday and Thursday where you will find her treating every thing skin.

As you know Em currently works with the Dermatology and Skin Cancer team at Dermasurg - Maroochydore specialising in Dermal Therapies but through the high demand of locals requesting skin appointments, Em has decided to open up her Books in Pomona taking appointments on the allocated days mentioned above.

I thought Id better hop on and give you an update as to what's been happening and where I am currently working at.

Leaving Cooroy and joining the Dermasurg Skin Clinic at Maroochydore all things dermatology and skin cancer I am now part of the aesthetics team doing all things related to Skin and Dermal Therapy which is all what I love to do, and I am passionate about ..Helping you with great skin treatments and skin care to achieve them great skin results.

Working under Dr Daniel Bothma has been insane and such an incredible experience. I am also working with the talented Lisa Bramston who is also my side lady, dermal therapist and our registered clinical nurse offering injectables also. Being able to offer my clients the best in skin is what I love to do so I can definitely help you out there. I also have some other exciting news coming but for now that's all I can share…..

With a new uniform comes a new position…. Meet the NEW DERMAL THERAPIST working for Dermasurg - Skin Cancer & Dermatology Clinic located on our beautiful Sunshine Coast 🤩❤️🙌

As you may have noticed, social media postings has been a little less frequent due to the busy schedule of operating out of 3 locations lately.
I’m not going to lie it’s been heads down of the late but I love treating skin concerns and helping my clients to love the skin their in.

With a deep passion for skin I’m over the moon being able to work with some of the best in the skin industry and share my knowledge helping clients along their skin journey to target and treat specific skin concerns.

Working with the talented Dr Daniel Bothma at Dermasurg and his clinical team every Wednesday and Friday is such an incredible opportunity that I am so ever grateful to have.

I can’t wait what the next 12 months brings and to help existing clients and new clientele along the way with their skin journeys even excites me more.
