Happy Birthday mumma you are looking radiant today, i'm looking forward to giving you a big hug on Saturday.

Whenever its your birthday I always feel so blessed to have you as a mumma.

You taught me good morals, you weren't and still arent afraid to call me out.

You've always been my number one supporter and have an almost miraculous way of making me see the light in my darkest moments.

72 years you are today and you hold so much wisdom but also so much grace, i think my biggest lesson I have learn from you is to care for people and be present with them.

You're a good egg and everyone who has ever met you has felt the love you have to give.

I'm glad we chose each other in this life as you have been a huge part in making me the man I am today.

Last night we celebrated 50 years of SES and got the oldest (retired) vehicle in the fleet out for a spin but just before the celebration a huge storm cell came through Noosa so grabbed some food for the road and went out for a job luckily there was still some cake when we got back, then straight back in the morning to do it all again.
It's a challenging role being a volunteer but I really enjoy being able to be of service to those in need

Tripod having his afternoon bottle, he gets annoyed when I play games and keep his bottle away.

He got nicknamed Tripod as he hurt his leg when he was young that's why he was bottle fed, his legs are working perfect now but he still wants his bottle

Can you love yourself at your lowest at lows?

When things are flowing its easy to love on yourself but what about when everything is falling apart.

Those moments when everythung you're doing us failing, when you have nothing left and you just want to give up.

Can you allow a little space to love yourself anyway?

Just for a moment, If you can allow love in, it shifts something inside of you because even though you may not feel worth it you are still willing to allow love in, which opens the path for more to rush in.

How did this bottle destroy my life?

Well technically it didn't, it just got me aligned with who I really am and everything else disappeared.

Although I teach health in the physical form many miss the point that we are spiritual beings in physical vessels.

so yes we need to honour and look after our body this then opens up the highest aspects of who we are.

When we ignore this higher or spiritual aspect the false world we created will crumble.

We are witnessing this on a mass scale right now.
