This memory popped up on my newsfeed.

This was when I challenged my body to the extremes by doing Everest base camp.

It was probably over 10 years since I did it and still one of my proudest achievements.

For me it shows no matter what you have been through wether its your mind or body or both, when you finally trust yourself again you can literally move mountains.

This is also another reminder if anyone ever needs a chat just reach out :)

Living on acreage you get to witness the cycles of life and death far more than city living its sometimes challenging but also beautiful knowing that this little guy got to be put to sleep rather than just hanging and dieing from dehydration from the sun. Its great to know there is descent human beings around that dedicate their lives to looking after our natives.

Merlin was definately the instigator, hes only in this paddock because he was eating something in other paddock and lost all his fur, its growing back now but he rubs his head on the screen door to scratch and has figured out how to slide open the door.

Whilst funerals are tough I know Aunty Diane would have loved seeing all the family together just alone there was 12 of us cousins there plus all the partners, kids Aunties, uncles. Grandkids it was a huge turn out for a very special lady. Fairbairn turnouts are always huge because we have always just accepted all the quirks we have and held a strong family unit as a core value which Aunty Diane as a matriach cherished and upheld.

It was a beautiful service and although there was deep sadness, there was also a lot of laughter and smiles as we know we were blessed to have someone so special.

I really loved the poem Aunty Diane chose before she passed as it rings deep.

We are all on this crazy train called life and the one certainty I get to have is the Fairbairns will always be on it with me we dont get to choose family but we do get to love them, lucky for me they are all easy to love.

That Goat Cleanse Day 13

Today will be my last day as I have to head to Sydney tomorrow.

Main takeaways

I didn't feel hungry the whole time

Energy levels were consistent

Nothing to crazy with my digestive system

only felt bloated a couple of days

Will definately be doing it atleast once per year

I am looking forward to eating tomorrow.

It will be oysters first yummmm

Look at all the milk bottles hahaha

Last night my stomach was narly and today has been the first day I felt bloated.
