UNPACK DISAPPOINTMENT

This Friday I'm Helping a client to unpack some disappointing that they have come up against unfortunately already this year.
To help them reset I have picked these two beauties to be a part of the crystal grid that will go under the healing bed. Then the energy of the crystals enters into the client's body.

Food doesn't have to be hard to be healthy
All you really need is a baseline of foods and a little creativity.
I had leftover pumpkin from dinner. I hate to waste food so today I heated the pumpkin up with sultanas and added that to my baby spinach. To add some salty goodness to my sweet sultanas I added Danish fetta,it has to be Danish 😋
To add protein I use BBQ chicken, sadly skin off 😭
Yummy, simple easy yummy food.
I shop routine and always have a baseline of food that I just create a million different ways.
This keeps me on track with healthy eating and makes it easy to make something yummy
It's not about being on a diet, it's about creating a healthy lifestyle
