Hot weather can be tough, especially for people living with disabilities, older adults, and those with health conditions. A few simple steps can help keep everyone safe and comfortable:

✔️ Spend time in the shade
✔️ Drink plenty of water
✔️ Stay out of the sun between 11am – 3pm
✔️ Use a fan or air-conditioning when possible
✔️ Slow down and take it easy
✔️ Wear light, loose, cotton clothing
