I woke up stiff and sore this morning, so I put on the Alchemy Introduction music and danced through my chakras.

It really highlighted to me that my lower chakras are out of balance. I’m not surprised, given the massive transition I’m going through at the moment.
By the end, I was feeling much freer in my body.

That’s what I love so much about Chakradance, it gently shows you what’s out of balance and heals it at the same time.

Starting September 17 at Collective Soul Centre, I’m going to be running weekly Chakradance classes. One at 11:30am and the other at 6:30pm. Wednesday is a great day for it as it will help with the humpday feels and get you through the rest of the week.

Each week until October 15, I’ll be running various Introduction classes from the various series I have. They each have their own feel and focus, but all will be journeying through all 7 major chakras.

From October 15, it will become a closed group where we will work through each chakra individually over 9 weeks (includes Intro and Integration classes). This means the same group journeys together. It’s much more powerful and creates a deeper connection within the group.

Chakradance Kids with me, Kylie, is starting with weekly introduction classes on Wednesday September 17 at 4:30pm. This will be at my new home from home, Collective Soul Centre, in Royal Park. 💎

Naga’s curse, the full 9 week series, will start on October 15 in line with term 4. In the meantime, bring your little ones along to give it a try at one of the introduction classes. 🐉
