Don’t worry, it’s not as hard as it looks.

Also you would need a very specific set of genes at birth to be able to get anywhere near this.

Actually, the more I think about it, the less I like the idea of trying to do it.

I might leave it out of Thursday night yin class and focus more on things we can all do.

Remember the Aim of Yoga

Yoga is not about “getting somewhere”. It is not about doing the perfect headstand. Yoga is about learning skills and practices in order to deepen awareness of, and connection amongst, body, mind and breath. Practice in a way that allows you to maintain this awareness and connection, and your body and breath will tell you when you’re going too far. Ultimately, there is no “right way” to practice yoga. There is just the way that is right for you. Notice your breath, listen to your body and be guided by your greatest teacher: the one within you.
