What a fulfilling experience! Outdoor Health Australia 2025 Forum. Was so engrossed with speakers and workshops that I forgot to take photos!

Some highlights…Ellice Di Giovanni practical look at the neuroscience of getting your joints moving in Brain training,
Dr Tim Baker spoke from his heart about his journey in Saltwater therapy,
Johnny Murrison Kuku-Yulanji - talk about taking people to be with country and storytelling was emotional and funny,
Mark Mathieson generously shared his research in The Lost Art and Science of being Human , and Dr Arne Rubinstein showed us the power to heal community in Rites of Passage. So many more over the two days.

I’ve come away feeling better about our planet and the people on it after spending time in the OHA space.
