It’s been a little while since I’ve shared on here… life has simply been flowing 🌿

This afternoon I received the most beautiful email from Grace with photos from our session back in January and my heart is so full, She captured the essence of Little Ray of Yoga so naturally and honestly.

Also so incredible to see my yogis doing their thing and looking gorgeous in doing so 💛✨🫶🏼

January - Lots of beach yoga
February - Travelled to India & Nepal
March - Celebrated international women’s day
April - Enjoying my Woodside Hall classes
May - Got my Level 1 in Tibetan Sound Therapy
June - Travelled to tropical Queensland
July - Embracing the dark nights
August - Taking it all in
September - Got my level 2 in Tibetan Sound Therapy
October - Held my first Tibetan Sound bath
November - Celebrated my 4th birthday as a business at Carrajung Estate
December - Celebrated at our annual Christmas party

Finishing this year off feeling so grateful 💛

To my beautiful yogis those who come regularly, come when they can, or support me in other ways thank you.

413 classes later, and I’m still loving every moment of teaching and sharing this journey with you all.

Let’s come together to celebrate the year that’s been and enjoy some much needed downtime before the holiday rush.

Today felt like a full circle moment.
Holding my half-day retreat at Carrajung Estate was truly special.

Gentle yoga, a beautiful shared lunch, and a Tibetan sound bath that softened everyone right down into stillness.

I’m so deeply grateful to the beautiful souls who joined me today. Your presence, your energy, and the way you allowed yourselves to connect made the whole space feel sacred.

As I celebrate four years of A little Ray of yoga, I can feel how much I’ve grown not just as a teacher, but as a person. I’m proud of the journey and so grateful to share it with you all.
