Happy international women’s day 💜🪻💜

I had the absolute privilege of teaching a 30 minute session for the women at YDHS on Thursday.

Our session was based on the intention ‘Stepping into our power’ as women. Allowing us to really step into our confidence, power and strength.

May you look at the women next to you today, tomorrow or any day and see her power, see her strength and give her a smile in return. We are stronger together when we build each other up 🫶🏼💜🙏🏻

Spent the month of February in India & Nepal 🇳🇵 🇮🇳

Both beautiful countries, full of so much spirit and connection. Lots of moments out of my comfort zone, which really showed how strong I can be mentally & physically.

I’ve come back refreshed and ready to get into teaching for the remainder of 2025.
Lots of things in the pipeline for this little business and I can’t wait to share them with you all.

First classes back next Tuesday 11th March,
