Since leaving Port Augusta, Trang has joined the Star Discount Chemist Group and is loving life in Adelaide, now closer to family. 💛

I had the privilege of attending her beautiful wedding a couple of years ago — a truly special and joyful day. And now, she’s about to embark on another exciting chapter: motherhood!

It fills me with pride to see Trang thriving both personally and professionally. She radiates joy, confidence, and strength, and it’s been such a pleasure to witness her journey over the years.

Wishing you all the love and happiness, Trang, as you step into this new season with your growing family. You’re going to be an amazing mum! 💐👶💫

Today marks exactly 3 years since Krish and I sold Crossroads Pharmacies — Pharmacist Advice, Carlton Parade & Westside. How quickly time has flown!

After 4,526 days (that’s 12 years and 5 months!) in business — beginning with the launch of Westside Pharmacy, open 7 days a week with extended hours — we stepped away for a much-needed break. Now, after 3 full years of rest and recovery, I feel it’s time to resurface.

This page, previously managed by Krish, was temporarily renamed from Crossroads Pharmacies Pharmacist Advice to Simply Abundant Health during our time away. As of today, I’m renaming it Life After Crossroads Pharmacies Pharmacist Advice.

I hope to use this platform — in a relaxed, laid-back way — to reflect, reconnect, and engage with the topics that matter to me in these twilight years.

I’d love to hear your suggestions, and you’re warmly invited to share any memories of us here as well.

First and foremost, thank you.
To all our valued clients in Quorn, Port Augusta, and the surrounding region — your support over the years has meant the world to me. I remain eternally grateful, and I miss you all dearly.

Just yesterday, I had the joy of catching up with Wallace and Trang at their workplace in person. I’ve also been in touch with Tammy and hope to catch up with her soon.

I’ll be sharing a few photos shortly — and hopefully more as time goes on — as I follow their adventures and share some of my own in this next chapter of Life After Crossroads Pharmacies Pharmacist Advice.

If you are planning on flying over the next few months, it’s important to plan ahead and be prepared. You can talk to a Pharmacist about managing your blood pressure with medicines and lifestyle changes.

Here are some other tips for people with high blood pressure who plan to fly:*
- Stay hydrated and limit alcohol and caffeine consumption to avoid dehydration.
- Be aware that airline food may contain more sodium which may increase your blood pressure.
- Don’t use decongestants that can increase blood pressure.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing and get up and walk every two hours during the flight.
