We tailor services to support lasting change.

We support clients to grow in confidence, reconnect with culture, and achieve their goals big or small.

We are community members dedicated to lifting up our people. Our difference lies in cultural connection. Every plan is shaped by respect, empathy, and understanding of Indigenous ways of knowing and being.

We are committed to providing care that
recognises the importance of land, culture, and kinship in the healing and wellbeing of our client.

Who we help: Anyone aged 7–65 with an active NDIS plan.

Who engages us: Support Workers and coordinators looking for culturally appropriate, respectful care for Indigenous clients.

What success looks like for our clients: It’s living independently, making their own choices, and feeling seen, safe, and supported while thrive in strength, dignity, and pride.

Additional Services: We offer youth mentoring and work closely with children within DCP to provide guidance, support, and cultural connection.
