After having a conversation with a loved one today who is having some very limited beliefs about themselves I thought I would share this.
If you are having negative thoughts that won't stop and are creating barriers for your future write down some positive affirmations and say 3 every time a negative thought pops into your mind. It can take one negative comment to make someone doubt themselves, and so many positive ones to make them believe in themselves. Keep reminding yourself of the positives 💝
