Originally from Germany I moved to Australia in 2004 to become an educator. This all changed after finishing my Cert IV in Bowen Therapy in 2013. I opened my clinic Violet Flame Wellness in February 2014. In February 2015 I finished the Diploma of Specialised Bowen Therapy. As a Spiritual Coach and Holistic Wellness Practitioner I offer support and guidance to be yourself and to grow your spiritua

Today's intention phrase is:
My intention is for my neighbours to have a great day.

Stay with this intention for 10 mins. Send the thought to your heart and then beam it out. After 10 min bring yourself back to the here and now.

By the way, if you have issues with your neighbour, this will be amazing. Watch the change unfold.....

Good morning all.

I have just watched a session with Lynne McTaggart and her work inspired me massively.

She is well known as Intention Setting Coach and runs various Intention circles.
I'd like to follow her example and create a Power of 8 Intention Circle on a weekly basis.

Let me know if you are keen to participate and if there is something you would like us to set intention for.

It will be 10 min once weekly to start with.

Passive income is an interesting subject...

So many options and most of them are risky.... but if you do find the right one, it can be an amazing experience!

Would I ever use money to invest something risky, that I actually rely on to pay the bills or food on the table? No way!

But what if you invest only a small amount and you use money you receive from that small amount to increase your passive income over years to come? An amount that doesn't hurt if you do loose it.

Would you be willing to take the risk?

Happy start to 2026!

2026 will see me stepping back into my Healing powers 💪🙏
I will ease myself gently back into offering online healings on a regular basis on this page as live feeds.
We will start with Chakra clearings and opening to source and earth to slowly building up to full body clearings....

Currently, I am attending training in Perth.As a Bowen Therapist we have to commit to 20 hrs of ongoing qualification annually to stay qualified within our industry bodies.

I love it when I can attend training in person and I am always surprised at the connectedness between us therapists. Often we see each other every couple of years at the same training. It doesn't always line up but when it does, it is just amazing.
The fondness I feel for many I see and reconnect with, always catches me by surprise.
